Cannabis Club Staff
Cannabis clubs in Barcelona have multiple departments. These are the most common positions available:
- Reception Desk (Receptionist, Security)
- Dispensary (Budtender)
- Bar/Cafetería (Bartender)
- Backroom/Storage (Dispensary Manager)
Pay starts at 7 euros per hour, and for experienced staff with 3 or more languages, pay starts from 8 euros per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Customer-service level on any of the following languages: English, Spanish, Italian and French
- Hospitality and/or customer service experience appreciated
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-cultural competency
- Cannabis retail knowledge capacity
Experience in the cannabis industry is not mandatory.
Marketing Manager
Pay starts at 8 euros an hour.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Manage Social Media profiles like Facebook and Instagram
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
Community Manager
Pay starts at 6 euros an hour.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good time management and organizational skills

Female 18 to 40 years old. An alternative aesthetic is preferred. No experience required. Must submit a portfolio with the application.
Grower and Trimmer
